FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
February 28 - (Lizella, Georgia): Echeconnee MX facility near Lizella, Georgia hosted Round 2 of the Kenda Full Gas Sprint Enduro series. Over 200 riders competed in this 2 day event under dry and dusty conditions with strong wind gusts on Saturday.

Swedish Pro rider Jesper Börjesson, Australian Tayla Jones, and Hunter Neuwirth led the charge for the KR4 Pro team.

XC1 rider Jesper Börjesson started the weekend off with a 2nd place finish just behind Ryan Sipes on Saturday.  On Sunday, Jesper completed an entire woods test stuck in 3rd gear because of a broken shift lever-which kept him from claiming a podium slot for the weekend. He finished the weekend 6th overall. Börjesson, who rides a 250 in the FGSE said "The woods test here on the Kenda Full Gas Series is a tight layout- it's a new challenge for me coming from the off-road series in Sweden. I'm working on it and making day-by-day improvements.  It's all great preparation for GNCC Lites."

Women's Pro Tayla Jones turned in another exceptional ride in the women's elite class this weekend fighting it out with fellow Australian Mackenzie Tricker. She trailed Tricker on Saturday by 29 seconds, beating Tricker in only 1 of the 6 tests.  "I couldn't seem to stay off the ground on Saturday and then I got stuck in the mud hole in the Enduro test and that cost me a lot of time" said Jones. On Sunday, Jones turned up the heat winning 4 of 6 tests, finishing the weekend in 2nd place.

New to the Rocky Mountain ATV*MC / KR4 team and new to the women's elite class this weekend was 15 year old Rachael Archer from New Zealand. Archer arrived late to the USA, missing Saturday's rounds, but she turned some impressive laps on Sunday on a KR4 prepped Husqvarna 125.

XC2 rider Hunter Neuwirth suffered an ankle injury on test 4 Saturday which put a quick end to his weekend. He is recouping and we will have an update on his condition soon.

16 year old Chase Sweda from Flowery Branch, GA won 3 of 6 tests in Open B on Sunday claiming 2nd place overall as part of the KR4 Arrive-N-Ride Amateur team.

Fellow teammates Ambrocio Gutierrez (40+ A Class) from Argyle, TX finished 8th.
Maximo Gutierrez (Juniors 12-17) finished 6th aboard a 2017 Husqvarna TE 150 and his brother Magno Gutierrez (85 12-15) finished 5th
